Cally in the office was very helpful looking at pics of my rubbish to decide on the size of the skip which was perfect. Emma negotiated my steep drive way and expertly manoeuvred the skip into the spot I asked her to. I was then pleasantly surprised to see Cally arrive to collect my skip and once again showed her multiple skills in collecting the skip and dealing with my drive way. Cally in the office was very helpful in looking at photos of my waste to decide on the size of the skip which was perfect. She made the whole process very easy. Emma then arrived to deliver my skip and expertly negotiated my steep driveway and manoeuvred the skip into the tight spot I asked her too. I was pleasantly surprised when Cally arrived to collect my skip and clearly demonstrated she is just as comfortable out of the office as in it!! Great value, especially as I only needed a big bag collecting and not the use of a proper skip. Was collected within 24hrs by their driver Lee who went above and beyond to show my two boys the skip truck when he noticed them staring eagerly out of the window! Really appreciated.

Used ats a few times now and all ways great service but this time I had a wait and load, Lee the driver asked my 4 year old son if he could drop the skip for him which has made his day and then got his gloves on and helped load it
