She took the time to ask some questions in advance about experience and how I felt that day. She was very caring and the massage felt amazing, I felt as light as a feather afterwards. I was lucky enough to try the new Sound therapy alongside a relaxing and much needed massage. The sound therapy will definitely be a great addition to their services and I was pleasantly surprised with it as this was the first time I experienced it. With my profession I am often on my feet all the time and also due to health related issues my feet and legs are often swollen every time after my shift. I searched online for reflexology and came across Atlântida Therapies after reading through the wonderful reviews I booked and had my first reflexology session. I was very nervous but on arrival to my appointment Kelly made me feel welcomed and was very friendly. I booked a reflexology and full a full body massage on my next visit after a busy week. I must say Kelly was able to identify where my muscles were tensed and I had an amazing therapy session. I booked the same therapies for both my mum and aunty being in the same profession as me and they both couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed their session. I went to Atlântida for the first time at the weekend after receiving a gift voucher for a massage via my work. I have had a number of massages from different people across the City and been continually dissatisfied. On this occasion the treatment exceeded expectations. Kelly is a beautiful human being and the massage was exceptional. Incredible massage! I had the "relief my shoulders" for an hour and it was honestly the best massage I've ever had. Kelly was very informative and gave me some great advice and some stretches to do from home. I have terrible neck, shoulder and back pain and this helped me so much. The massage was really enjoyable and mostly relaxing, she found all my knots and sore areas on my back but it wasn't painful. I felt a bit sore the next day but amazing a couple of days later. This massage studio is a room in a business complex so you will need to go into the building of Merchants Court to the 3rd floor to get there. It was a little difficult to find. I messaged the masseuse (sorry didn’t get her name) and she met me on the 3rd floor. A little weird that it was in an office but the room is decorated very zen like with a water fountain which was a nice touch. The masseuse/owner is a lovely lovely lady. Very spiritual & kind energy. I got 60 minute body massage and 30 minute Indian head massage. She started the session by asking what I was after from the massage and she listened well and altered the massage accordingly. I had very tight glutes and sore feet and she targeted these areas. They are feeling great now! Before, during and after she gets you to take deep breathes which furthers the relaxation. She was genuinely very happy that I enjoyed the massage. Unfortunately she doesn’t have a card machine but takes bank transfers. It was bit of a mission to transfer as I have an international bank account. Now I know the go I would definitely come back for more treatments.
