From coming out to view our job and give us a quote, to returning to do the work, they maintained this high level of professionalism. They were respectful and well mannered throughout and they went above and beyond expectations when it came to doing the work and executed it to a very high standard. Gardening
My garden had been neglected for 2 years as I was unable to get out and do it. So I posted a request on Bark. That same day APM responded and were able to come view my property, in the evening, to see what work needed doing.
James and Ashley were/are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. It was easy to discuss what I wanted doing and they managed to book me in quickly.
They arrived promptly to start work on the agreed day and got stuck in working efficiently and keeping me informed/checking with me when anything cropped up.
The work they did was top quality and they removed all the garden waste from my property. So once they were finished I was able to go straight out in my garden and enjoy it.
I have a few other maintenance jobs that need doing and will definitely be contacting APM for those.

APM will always contact a customer by phone or face to face this way were able to take note of any vulnerable people that are within the household, if stated by the customer that extra measures need to be put in place then our team will be aware of this and the correct PPE will be worn by all staff
