What do you love most about your job?
I love helping customers and getting the job done. It can be a very challenging job but hard work pays off. I love teaching young apprentices as I didn't get any one to one training.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to start my own business to show people I made a £10,000 investment in myself to then open up my company. Hard work pays off!
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide excellent customer service and warranty, what more can a customer ask for. I will always take the extra time make sure the job is done to a very high standard. We aren't all perfect so customer complaints do happen and mistakes are made but I always get it sorted even if its at my own cost.

Due to the type of work I conduct, the jobs have to be done in person however I provide a service that caters towards all. This include providing quotes and giving customers advice through means that are more convenient for them such us calls, texts and whatapp.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If customers have requirements for us we will be happy to follow them.
