I provide women-only personal training in my private studio in Chalfont St Peter. If a busy gym or class is not your thing come and train in a non-intimidating environment and achieve your goals without feeling self conscious or uncomfortable.
Although my website is focused on women of 50yrs and over I coach ladies of all ages.
If your goal is to lose weight I can most definitely help you with that. If you want to be a fitter and stronger version of yourself I am a Master Trainer and will push you gently to your limit!
