Q&As

Working with people to move away from where they are to where they want and need to be. Whilst good at what I do, it is about you.

From working in the NHS to developing an interest in understanding human behaviour led to develop a coaching, training and behaviour change business. After psychology training I was drawn to a better model of helping people in mental distress; training in counselling and psychotherapy.

I work with a range of models and approaches to support what the client needs and wants. No-diagnostic approach to understanding what is happening and how you want things to be different.

Full on-line service.
