What do you love most about your job?
I am an analyst at heart who thrives on trying to understand the nature of each individual in the context of their problems, and then coming up with practical, realistic ways of helping.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a different approach which I wanted to market myself, so starting my own business seemed the best way. Also, being in my fifties has meant having to be more creative with my experience and qualifications.

The help and advice I offer is simple to implement - there are no complicated concepts that users need to come to terms with, such as those offered by mindfulness or CBT. I offer personalised, simple solutions, as well as being highly accessible anywhere, any time and my service is affordable to pretty much everyone.
