I was having problems with my Wi-Fi underperforming and I called Graeme for help. He soon found the problem and recommended an upgrade to a Draytek router. After this change I am now able to get a good Wi-Fi signal all around the house and even in the garden. Highly recommended. More...

It was such a pleasure to find Ashwell IT Services several years ago. I needed help with a problem with my elderly Buffalo storage device. Graeme was able to connect remotely to me and identify it was a failure of one of the hard drives. He came to my house, changed the drive and I was back up and running in no time at all. His charges are very competitive and was backed up with the promise of “if there any problems or you need help, just let me know”. He has also helped me with a recent WiFi problem which he identified as poor performance with my router. He suggested an upgrade to a more sophisticated router. This upgrade has been utterly reliable and still uses the ISP provided router but all the WiFi is taken care of by the new Draytek router. Well done Graeme. More...

I have enlisted the help of Ashwell IT Services on several occasions, this has ranged from various software and hardware issues to a complete build of a high spec gaming PC. Graeme from Ashwell IT Services has a great deal of nerdy knowledge, but he was able to simplify things so that I could understand! I have always found Graeme to be very honest and conscientious, making recommendations to best solve the problem rather than just what is most profitable for Ashwell IT Services (unlike certain other companies!)
