This is a given, I work remotely and fees are reduced as I am not office-based. Phone and video calls are both available.

There's no requirement - most work is remote and I'm not office-based

I manage these cases with a high level of empathy and insight, particularly if the case involves domestic abuse/coercion/control and the use of children as weapons and methods of control.
I am very aware that domestic abusers also comes in female form, and many fathers are being denied contact with their children as a method of personal attack. False and serious allegations are frequently used, however, these cases can be tackled providing those allegations are genuinely without merit. I must make it clear, that if a case comes to me that appears to merit those allegations, then I retain the right to refuse to take the case on.

Enforcement applications for Child Arrangement Orders
These applications require a very strong statement as, commonly, by the time one is necessitated, the original order has been breached multiple times with impunity.

This is quite easily one of the most stressful types of court cases, as 9 times out of 10 one of the party's is highly controlling and coercive, and there is frequent high levels of conflict.
