What do you love most about your job?
What I find most rewarding about my current role is the freedom of running my own business, which allows me to make each project personal and tailored to the unique needs of my clients. I am deeply passionate about the end result, and my hands-on approach ensures that I am involved in every stage of the process, from design and fabrication to installation and automation. This level of involvement allows me to maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having grown up observing my father successfully run his own metal fabrication business, I developed a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and the freedom it affords to pursue one's passions. After leaving the Navy, I was inspired to follow in his footsteps and carve out my own path in the industry. Drawing from his guidance and my own experiences, I have developed my own unique approach to running a business—one that prioritizes personalized service, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
