I have been training with Ant for the last 6 months now starting from pretty much a beginner level and not having the confidence in the gym. Since then I have learnt an awful lot and strength and performance has grown significantly. The sessions are varied and never always the same. Ant is really good and supportive in the sessions. I have been training with Ant for just over 3yrs now and my fitness has greatly improved. The sessions are different every time, so there’s no chance of getting bored. Ant always explains why and what you’re doing. And he pushes you to the point he knows you can reach, even if you don’t think you can. He is very knowledgeable and is always researching what’s going on in the fitness world. I would thoroughly recommend him. More...

I’ve been training with Ant at ASC for over 4 years now. In that time Ant has been able to keep the sessions fresh, relevant, enjoyable and most of all productive. Ant is a great trainer. I've been having 1:1 sessions with him twice a week for nearly a year and am so proud of how far I've come. I'm stronger, fitter, leaner and much more confident in my body than I've been in a long tim. I had my first session with Ant on Monday - and I would highly recommend him! I had a baby six months ago, and would describe myself as someone who is quite out of shape and not naturally fit, so I was quite nervous about the first session. I had absolutely no need to be! Ant was really friendly and put me totally at ease. He took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve, but also suggested other exercises that he thought would be helpful. He explained everything really clearly and demonstrated each exercise - and was quite happy to show me more than once when I wasn't quite sure! It was really refreshing to complete an exercise programme that had been written specifically for me, and I loved exercising out in the fresh air! I definitely can't wait until my next session! ! Can't wait to get back to training after over endulging at Christmas. I have been training once a week since July and as a result I have lost weight, gained muscle definition and increased my fitness levels. Something I have never achieved by just going to the gym. Deciding to use ASC PT has definitely been the best decision I've made. Ant's sessions always push me and I never thought I'd be able to do the things I'm now doing. He is 100% professional and listens to exactly what you want to achieve, aswell as guiding you through each exercise and encouraging you when you feel you can't do anymore. I'm now 1 stone lighter, a hell of alot more toned and feeling stronger than ever. Never did I think I'd love to squat!! Yes it's challenging but you'll feel awesome after every session!! I have been doing kettleblast for around a year and a half and training one to one with Ant for nearly a year. I cannot describe how happy I am and more importantly how much my confidence has grown in that time! Ant is a wonderful and approachable trainer. He will tailor your plan to suit your goals and your ability. He has a great subtle way to give you gentle encouragement to make you believe you can do it and best of all over come all of your fears.

I would have never thought that I would be as fit, healthy and strong as I currently am. I would never thought I could have achieve what I have done over the last 18 months. And most importantly as a woman - I would have never thought I could be as happy, comfortable and confident as I am about my body - and that is solely down to Ant's work and support. Simply brilliant!

I have been training with Antony during my pregnancy with great success. All the exercises have been very safe, demonstrated in detail, hugely enjoyable and very effective to my general fitness. Antony's gym is very private and every session is different, giving great variety week by week, and working on all aspects of fitness. I have been trained by Ant for the past 4 months and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The exercises vary week on week, they are explained in full and demonstrated. I have been training with ASC once a week for a year now and as a result I have lost weight, gained muscle definition and increased my fitness levels. I have been training with Ant for 6 months now and I have noticed a massive difference on my appearance and fitness. Friends and family have also noticed it (lots of compliments keep coming in)? ?.<br />Ant tailors the exercise regimen to your needs, therefore you get the best result. He is very knowledgable and very competent as a coach too. I've been training with Ant for 8 months now, and highly recommend him. Ant is great at what he does, explaining the techniques and exercises as he goes along, challenging you all the time and keeping the sessions varied to keep your body guessing all the time! ! Had my first session with Ant yesterday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Really helped with my technique on Squats and Deadlifting. Nice to have someone explain why you are doing something and what muscles you are using whilst you are doing it. Ant gets involved while most PT's I have seen have just stood there watching. I am the oldest member of the kettleblast class but find I am quite able to cope with the exercises. I really enjoy the session and feel that it is a really good workout. It is really invigorating and each week I am getting the hang of the techniques. I look forward to having a really trim body and good level of fitness. I thought I may be too old for Kettle Blast Class and though it's challenging I am really enjoying it and feeling the beneifits. The structure of the class is great as it enables everyone to get the best from their workout without feeling that it's competitive! My back has strengthened considerably and I'm happy to say that I can now do my garden without any lower back pain at all and an added<span id="moreReview521903" class="hide"> bonus is I've lost 5lbs!!<br />After noticing and feeling the improvements I decided to try ASC Personal Trainiing with Ant which was a big decision for me having never been a 'gym goer' but I now wanted to focus on strengthening and toning my whole body. It's going very well. Ant explains in detail the importance of the technique of each exercise and what muscles are being worked. Joining the KettleBlast class was easy and was such a massive boost to my confidence. Suitable for beginners or people who are familiar with exercising with Kettle bells and a super teaching technique that will suit anyone. Having plateaued with my existing mix of online/personal training programmes I went to Ant for something new with my muscle and strength training. <br /><br />He sent me a detailed and thoroughly explained programme that was really impressive. The balance of exercises for each body part was really refreshing and I have started looking forward to the inevitable DOMS his workouts incur!<br /><br />In addition to<span id="moreReview521301" class="hide"> his workout being effective in pushing me hard, I have noticed increases across the board in my strength. Having never picked up a kettlebell before, I was a bit nervous about going to KettleBlast. However, the class is very friendly and inclusive, not in the least bit intimidating and Ant takes you through all the exercises to make sure you're doing them properly. I know I'm getting stronger already because I am able to do more reps of the exercises I initially found really hard. I started KettleBlast with Anthony Last after a recommendation and now I am obsessed. I haven't missed a session since I joined 4 weeks ago and it has made a huge difference to me. Although reasonably fit, cardio wise, I am pretty poor strength wise. I have trained in gyms over the years but have not seen the results I have wanted. Luckily for me I was recently given Ant's details at ASC Personal Training. After an initial set up session he devised both a fitness and nutrition plan, and now 7 weeks in and already the difference is amazing. I feel stronger, fitter and my<span id="moreReview518793" class="hide"> body shape is beginning to show a noticeable improvement. And it's all down to Ant's friendly, knowledgable and motivating persona, and a bit of hard work from me! I would have no hesitation in recommending ASC to anyone wanting to improve themselves.
