I ordered via Justeat and paid by card. One whole hour after the estimated delivery time, no food, no phone call, nothing. I call Justeat and they contact Arthur’s Rotisserie- turns out the restaurant marked my order as complete despite the fact that they never sent out the food, and never made an effort to contact me. Now I have to wait for an investigation to get a refund. I’m livid.UPDATE:I tried again. The food is great. The potatoes are amazing- seasoned to perfection and super tasty.
