A great gym for serious gym users who wish to work out!! Reading through some of the comments below, to those people I think you are better off going to a David Lloyd where they lay towels out for you and make you a Caffè Latte at reception, if you're happy to pay well over £100+ per month that is! However, I believe TRG offers high value for money and a friendly environment unlike the corporate competitors. I say, stop moaning and support local independent businesses instead! More...

Plenty of equipment, lots of space, friendly staff and free parking. Surprised to see so many complaints - this is a warehouse gym, not a day spa or 'wellness centre'. Yes the lockers are knackered but the staff will kindly look after your things behind the desk if you don't want to carry your bag around the gym with you. More...

The ring is where I spend my time as I only do the mauy thai sessions. There are 3 tedmills and only one works properly. Some of the machines are dated as you have to change the weights yourself and there isn't really a place for those, they are spread around the gym. It has built up my knowledge of what to do when working on different areas and has taught me what are the right things to eat.
He is always ready to help and answer any questions you have.
My fitness is at the best level it has been; I have gained a much fitter and leaner body.
The results I have gained are incredible, I never thought I would look and feel as good as I do now and being pushed and 'feeling the burn' is so worth it for the amazing results it just makes me want to push myself further.
I would 100 % recommend Art, he is very motivational and really focuses on what areas you want to improve/change and helps you to make these changes happen by always pushing you that little bit further

Everyone I meet is unique with different goals to suit their needs and wants. I’m not here to prove or convince anyone that health is important, instead, I work with people who are ready for a change, ready to commit and I give my 100% effort to the transformation they want to achieve.
Using periodization, I tailor make all clients programmes, keeping them flexible and fluid, always adjusting and progressing. I never stay in the “comfort zone” and neither do my clients. A part of my approach is to “challenge you” where you might think ‘it is not possible’, to get you the results you want – fast! If you’re too comfortable – you’re not progressing!

Struggling with my own health in my younger years I’ve dedicated my life to pursue a career in fitness.
