This is the second cake that Sylvia has made for me and once again absolutely fantastic. Sylvia works closely with you in a professional manner to get to exactly what you want. The cake is to perfection in favour, ( the chocolate fudge cake, chocolate buttercream & chocolate ganache was to die for ) and consistency, decor. Would 100% recommend. Sylvia made the most beautiful cake for my daughter's birthday. It looked amazing , just how I described what I wanted. It was a shame to cut it, however the taste more than made up for having to take the knife to it. would highly recommend

Such a talented lady, who conducts her business so professionally. We felt in the safest of hands from the moment we contacted asking her to design and make our wedding cake.

We had quite a collection of ideas for the look and theme, but Sylvia worked patiently with us until it was crystallized. Being able to taste all of the beautiful flavours she can offer was also really helpful in helping us decide on the final cake.

We were not disappointed with the end result, which looked just stunning, with the most amazing taste to match!! Everyone couldn’t believe the detail, and that it was all handmade with sugar!

Impeccable designs. After only seeing a photo of my wedding dress to be able to incorporate the lace deatial of my dress onto my cake the way she did was completely amazing with perfect colours matching exactly how I explained my venue would be dressed and perfect ruffles. Syliva recently created our wedding cake which was a piece of art! It was almost a shame to have to eat it but at the same time we couldn't wait to dig in as we still remembered how delicious the flavors were from our trial. I was under the impression that usually you end up with quite a bit of cake leftover after a wedding that you can take home and eat at a later date.. unfortunately this was not the situation at all as our guests happily ate basically all of it! From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Sylvia to bring our wedding cake ideas to life. It all started with a very professional consultation to discuss our ideas and a cake tasting session to decide on the flavours we would like for each of the tiers. Sylvia listened to what we wanted and then drew up some options for us and with different budgets in mind. She was totally on board with our ideas and made excellent suggestions to inspire us.
Once we’d agreed on the design we wanted to go with, Sylvia drew us up a contract and we left everything in her capable hands. On the wedding day, we were blown away. The cake looked spectacular - everyone commented on it. It made such a focal point, displayed on a beautiful antique silver cake stand (hired from Sylvia) and each tier tasted divine. I’ve never tasted such moist and delicious cake, in such gorgeous flavours, that were bang on trend.
