We hired Arma to design and manage, including construction work a newly purchased 3 bedroom apartment in Marylebone. The apartment is located in a mansion block and had not been refurbished for decades and hence required extensive work.
Our building management company had an extremely complicated approval process, with very specific requirements. Arma and her colleagues did a very good job at working through all the red tape and getting the approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once construction started the team then did a good job at working according to the management company’s strict rules and regulations.
Arma’s builders are excellent. Extremely talented and professional. The construction part of the project was extensive with new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring etc. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
Arma’s design was also excellent. Very luxurious look and feel, that totally met our requirements. Arma found really interesting and high quality furniture, that we would never have been able to source ourselves. The finished result definitely has the wow factor.
Arma did a great job at managing the project from start to finish, despite all the disruption resulting from Covid, Brexit etc.
So overall thank you Arma, 10/10 and we’re very happy to provide recommendations in the future.

loved working with Arma and her team and would highly recommend anyone looking for an interior designer who brings creativity but designs something that fits YOU and your style.
I had a budget and I had my own ideas and opinions about what I wanted. Many designers blow the budget and force you into styles that don't fit your personality. Not Arma, she knew where to push and where to evolve her own creativity to fit our style and taste. She stayed within budget. We love our home design specially our artworks, harmony of the colours and our plasterwork.

She goes way beyond the basic requirements of an interior designer and certainly knows her colours, fabrics etc but this lady can literally magic something out of, ...almost nothing.
Having seen this cosy property myself, before she started work on it, I would not have believed she could do what she did. Despite being a designer myself it has opened my eyes to push boundaries and concepts further and to strive for the impossible. I would never have believed she would be able to make such a comfortable four bedroom glamorous home, only moments from Sloane Square.
Truly a talented individual that knows how to motivate and control her workforce to the advantage of her clients, all with good grace, manners and infinite charm.

We have a two-bedroom flat in Wimbledon and are going to totally refurbished the flat. I was trained as a structural engineer myself and as such am naturally interested in buildings.
I had a few fair ideas on what was to be done.
We invited Arma in to give us a quotation. We had seen another project that they had executed in London.
I was most impressed by how they took my ideas and turned upside down and came up with a much-improved layout. Their format of project costs and savings were transparent, which was an added bonus. Overall it looks like they will make up for their professional fees in terms of savings they make on the project, whilst maintaining the same high specifications and keeping to the project timeline agreed.

What’s your interior design process?
Firstly, I will meet with the client to find out exactly what they are looking for. We will discuss their vision for the project with the property's floorplan and any initial images they have indicating their inspiration.
Upon completing our initial consultation, I will then use my knowledge to provide a mood board and an initial design plan for the client.
The mood board will include color schemes, fabric designs, furniture ideas, and any other elements that I feel best fit the client's needs.
After meeting with the client to discuss their initial thoughts for the project, I provide the client with several package options for my interior design service.
The base Bronze package offers a mood board, a Sketch-Up Modelling visual representation of the project, and a suggested shopping list; the higher-end Platinum package offers a full Concept to Completion service.

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I have experience designing and working on a wide variety of projects with contrasting styles; from modern to rustic, contemporary to traditional, I can provide a service that will cater to the client's needs.
What do you love most about your job?
The results! I absolutely live for the feeling of my client upon completing a project; it's such a thrill making someone's dream a reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started by doing projects for my family and realised that I wanted to take something that was initially a hobby of mine to the next level. I realised that I had the ability to make this my full-time job and ultimately my dream career.
Why should our clients choose you?
As well as my twelve years of experience working in the industry, I am approachable, hard-working, and absolutely dedicated to creating my client's vision to be something special.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide my Interior Design services remotely; I can arrange to have a consultation via Skype or Zoom with the client, and as long as I have the correct measurements and floor plans, I can work on the client's project online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Throughout the pandemic, I have communicated with my clients via Skype or Zoom, and when I have had to do site visits, I always ensure that I follow social distancing measures and wear a mask at all times.
Furthermore, clients have sent me videos of the spaces requiring my Interior Design services, and in turn, I have provided photos and screenshots of the work to my clients.
