Put us a new boiler in yesterday. Everything went smoothly. Afterwards everything was cleared away. Mark and James worked around us to ensure any disruption was kept to a minimum. Would recommend

Had our boiler replaced a few weeks ago and the lads that came were brilliant. Arrived on time and got to work straight away. The staff in the office were brilliant as well, organised everything for us and made things so easy! The lads Richard and Ryan I believe they were called came in and explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. Which is very reassuring knowing what was going to be happening. I was working from home at the time and were very polite when doing the work about noise and using tools. They managed to get the old boiler out and the new one fitted and working in around 3 and half hours! They fitted a new thermostat and spent 15/20 minutes explained how it all works! Excellent service all round! More...

Had boiler fitted and radiator thermostats in December . Two thermostats were leaking after phone calls someone came out to fix problem. Problem is still there and have phoned a few times to be told someone will get in touch still waiting for someone to ring or come to fix problem More...
