What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people, no two days are ever the same and we welcome the challenge.
Never knowing what we will be faced with, some jobs has aspects that can be very unpleasant although we endeavour to work through them with a smile.
We are proud and take great satisfaction in the way we deliver our services and the relationships we build with our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to start my own business but I was uncertain what area I was going to go into. I started my entrepreneurial journey at eleven years of age selling home made juices.
After feeling immensely unsatisfied with working for other employers I decided it was time to take the reigns and start up for myself which would be more satisfying and fulfilling than working for someone else.
I was advised to do what I'm good at, what comes naturally to me - doing what I love. Pursuing my passion, allows me to do daily what makes me happy. Which led me to launch Aristross Cleaning.
The goal wasn't to get rich – though obviously it would be nice. Rather, it was to have more control over what projects I worked on and for how long in order to carve out more free time – more 'life' – for myself. It continues to be the most challenging yet also immensely rewarding career move I've made. I've had the flexibility to choose my own working hours. Allowing more spare time (eventually) to spend with my family and friends.
I get the opportunity to meet new people. Networking with other entrepreneurs and professionals. Building a relationship with my clients. Forging real, personal connections.
