Called a few fridge engineers regarding my large integrated freezer. Door refused to close so had a heavy object forcing it to close overnight. Sam responded promptly and had the new hinges on within a hour. Advised me about how the temperature would return back to normal and put my mind to rest rest as the freezer was full of food which I would have to have thrown away if Sam had not been so efficient and prompt in attending my emergency.The other 3 fridge repair companies I looked at, 2 did not return my call andthe other just wanted a CONTACT ME template typed . Not Customer friendly.When I have a reason to use a service I expect , courtesy, understanding ofmy issues, the right knowledge and skill to fix the problem and a can doattidue. Sam the Frenchman provides an excellent & very friendly refrigeration repair service. Punctual, informative, honest & extremely thorough from start to finish. He sorted the problem (not cold enough, even on it's highest setting) with my Hotpoint fridge in a tad over an hour, the cooling system had an air lock & required re-gassing, the repair was carried out in situ. Sam was brilliant; he tried to repair the ice maker - spent ages working on it. He was completely up front and told me we may need to buy new parts but it was worth trying the repair.
