I’ve had pain in my glutes, hips and IT band for years. Had monthly sports massages and only lasted a few days. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend and after one session I’m pretty much pain free! I won’t lie, the treatment isn’t relaxing but it works. It’s painful but ‘good’ pain.
