Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Certain services can be provided online or remotely. We can offer design services remotely and all design consultation can be over the phone, video call or email. However, for planning application projects, we would ideally visit the property to carry out a measured survey, this will form the background of our design. Alternatively the client can provide us with a measured survey of the property, ideally from another professional, though it is always our preference to carry out the survey ourselves so the responsibility lies with us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When visiting the property to carry out a measured survey, we will always wear a face covering and wash hands before arriving. We can also wear disposable gloves if that is preference. The survey would be carried out by one person. If you have any concerns please discuss them with us and we can make a suitable & safe arrangement.
Residential Planning Applications
Project design from initial concept to planning submission. Inclusive of all design consultation and planning drawings.

Concept design & development stages for internal alteration projects, from interior renovations to bespoke kitchens, joinery & furniture projects.
Residential Building Control Applications
Assistance through the Building Control Application process. Providing support to the assigned structural engineer or other specialist to achieve Building Control approval.
F&B Restaurant Design & Planning
Working with commercial clients from initial concept creation through to project completion. Inclusive of all design stages and any required planning applications, from Change of Use applications to Advertising Consent applications.
Site Surveys
Measured site surveys and production of as built or existing plans for residential and commercial buildings.
Project Management
For residential and commercial projects. Managing your project from initial consultation, through design & planning to build completion.
Architectural CAD Drawings
Production of CAD drawings, spanning across all project types and services listed. Includes 2D plans and 3D visuals.
