We needed some architectural plan’s drawing up, and we we’re looking for a reputable company for our project so we heard about bark, who recommended a list of architects, and the one that stood out to us was Calculate My Beam, they had a good website with a very professional look, we saw they had a lot of good reviews, and it wasn’t long before we received a call from Stuart who was very friendly and informative it was an easy decision to chose Calculate My Beam, with the professional approach we received, he showed us a concept board of examples of what our plans could look like which was great, he then arranged an appointment to visit our property, to gather measurements and full planning ideas from us, he was very efficient and knowledgeable and gave us lots of info and advice, within a few day’s the first concept drawing’s were available for us to have a look over and go through it with Martyn who also was very informative and knowledgeable, and helped to get the plan’s as we wanted, it all felt like a very smooth process and we are very happy with our final drawing’s and would recommend them to anybody looking to get drawing’s for a project, big thank’s to the whole Calculate My Beam team.

As we recall you were a very satisfied customer, indeed very impressed and rated us 5 Stars, but informed us that you don't do reviews when we requested a review on completion of your project back in March 2023. We spent considerable time negotiating and engaging with your chosen building control provider at your request, escalating to the director and agreeing the way forward. It surprises me that we have not had to engage, for the last 6 months, with your BC provider, prior to work continuing. We felt that we provided above and beyond support during your project, being on site within 24 hrs and working quickly and amending and adding additional supporting documentation to your project outside of our normal service at no extra cost. At every stage we explained the intricacies of the foundations and the impact the Hedges and trees you have running alongside your property will have. We worked with you and your builder to design a foundation you could complete, especially as you had already dug the foundation and your builder was not confident in completing a raft foundation as advised. For clarification our address is on all of our paperwork, Quotation, Invoice and your Site report. We are an Online based business with registered office in Melton Mowbray and we cover the length and breadth of the UK with projects from Cumbria to Cornwall and from Newcastle to Norfolk.
