I would most heartedly recommend Archie, he turned up on time, got on with the job, was an excellent communictor and kept me posted at several stages.
I would say he went beyond the basic remit, and showed a willingness to give customer satisfaction

Arichie did a fantastic and very professional roof repair at my property. A number of tiles needed removing and replacing at various heights. Archie is very knowledgeable and he finished the roof repair to a very high standard and very quickly too, which I am grateful for. I had a few builders/roofers either not get back to me or give me a quote that was extremely expensive for work that didn’t really need to be done but when I contacted this company I was amazed with the customer service. The guy explained everything to me in great detail and was completely honest. No upfront payment until the work had been completed.
