Our experience in-house team of designers provide insightful interior
solutions for the dedicated space.

We manage the entire design process for you, Coordination,
Approvals, Submissions, Variations.
We ensure the Architectural, MEP and Kitchen design(s) packages are
complete, compliant, and ready to allow you to commence on-site
works.
We provide details BOQ’s of the approved designs and conduct a risk
analysis after reviewing the designs to highlight areas that may cause
delays in the project.
Project Management
We have developed a project management approach that focuses on minimizing the effect of Fit-out
phase on business practices, enabling your team to focus on their core business activities.
Our project managers are involved throughout every project ensuring successful execution and
delivery within the agreed time scale and budget.
We ensure proper planning, conducing, controlling, and closing of the procurement process. We
manage all moving parts to ensure the project remains on-time.
We identify all project expenses, then build and run cost plans, procurement, tendering, contract
administration, and commercial management.
We evaluate all aspects of a project and identify areas we can optimize, i.e., design, materials,
specifications, operational procedures.
Build
We manage the entire fit-out process, from initiation to handover, with both on-site and
off-site activity management, ensuring the project is completed in-time, in budget and in superior
quality.
