Worked with A&R temporarily for 3 weeks, they terminated my contract, they sacked me over a phone call, 1 minute phone call, did not receive a verbal or written warning, to then be told that I was on probation, which I was not made aware of when starting. I then contacted my commercial manager after being sacked so that he could send me any forms that I had signed, they sent me something that I wasnt even shown and they had put my name at the bottom, when asking again for the forms, my commercial manager Richard Coles then blocked my number and the company avoided sending me forms until I got my auntie to phone them. I received my payslip from them today for my final 2 weeks pay and it was the correct amount £222.75, I then went back onto the portal a few hours after and it said that they are deducting £50.40 from my pay for a DBS certificate, bare in mind I had already had a previous DBS, but I havent received a DBS at all from A&R therefore they're charging me for something that I dont have, but the fact that they changed it a few hours after sending me the payslip, it's a bit suspicious. The food was delicious especially the Lahori fish appetizer and the Kashmiri pilau. The wonderful combo of spices was a treat for the palate and the brain. We highly recommend Masala in North Providence RI for authentic South Asian cuisine. Each dish had it’s own unique, distinct and delicious flavor. We appreciated the lamb and goat dishes were halal. The meat was extremely tender and cooked to perfection. The vegetable dishes flavorful. And very reasonable. They do a great take out service but we enjoyed attentive service in a quiet dining area. This place is actually really good it's a little bit smaller than the other maybe have like eight tables tell me when I get big are you though expand but the food was amazing and the two people that work there will really really really sweet the prices are not bad at all my son and I actually had fish and we have planned and we had a dish that had chickpeas and potatoes and it was really good I definitely recommend get and my 12 year old said who doesn't go back

One of the best places to go for authentic Indian food in all of Rhode Island, right on Smith Street in Centredale! I love the rich flavors at Masala and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic healthy, and "Halal." You won't be disappointed, and you will be happy with your wallet too.
