Had AR in to do my bathroom after having a good experience with a new boiler a while ago...
Although the end quality of work that was done was good, everything else couldn't have been worse.
From the moment we needed a quote they rearranged the date. They didn't listen to what we were after in the quote meaning when they turned up to start it we had no plasterers!
When they came to do the work they were told I was heavily pregnant and told I can't be without a toilet. One day they left at 1 for a 1pm hour 'lunch break' or so I was told... for them not to return, leaving me with no toilet. Luckily Lucas is VERY polite and is fab at his job and sorted us out.
The following week we were told they would come back Monday, they rearranged 3 different days and times!
We won't be using them again.

After having been let down by a couple of plumbers. AR Plumbing and Gas efficiently booked a close dated appointment to fit me a new radiator valve.
Shane, the engineer they sent, arrived close to the given time, explained what he needed and quickly sent to work.
he had to drain the system to fit the valve and the pressurise the system again.
He was informative, polite and chatty and a pleasure to have met.

I am so happy we found AR Plumbing!
Our water tank started leaking late on a Friday and the team couldn’t have been more helpful - they gave us great advice to get us through the weekend whilst they sourced a replacement and came round as soon as they could to replace.
Ash and Ryan were brilliant on the day, really helpful and talked me through their plan. Cleaned up after properly, which was a bonus and kindly fixed a leaky radiator.

We called Saturday lunch time and Shane was with us just after 7 Saturday evening. He inspected and investigated the leak and managed to fix and correct fairly quickly!
