How I reversed my Type 2 Diabetes with the help of Alex I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year and my doctor prescribed me with medication which I had to stop taking as it wasn’t agreeing with me. I went back to my doctor and advised her that I would like to try and reverse it myself and asked that she give me 3 months to do so (big wakeup call). I got in touch with Alex and we met for an informal chat about my lifestyle and what I wanted to achieve from the training. Alex has been absolutely amazing and has guided me through my exercise programme over the past 3 months and has also given me excellent advice on my eating habits.
