He did a great job and he was also friendly and nice

Due to traffic the cleaner unfortunately arrived late.
However once he got started the work was done well and the carpets were cleaned very well. He cleaned the first carpet well and I added another room ,which once again was thoroughly cleaned.

Very good will use again came time expected

Really great service from the team. Quick and thorough carpet clean on several flights of stairs in our communal hallway. Would highly recommend and would use then again.

Hopelessly unprofessional. They came without the chemicals they said they’d bring, hence unable to do anything more than wash the patio with water - and leaving it as stained as before. They promised they’d come back the next day with the hydrochloric acid, so I agreed to pay them half now for the jet wash, and the rest the next day. They didn’t turn up the next day, without letting me know, so I waited for nothing. When I called them they made up an excuse and said they’d come two days later. Guess what: they didn’t make it either! And again, without letting me know in advance, so I had scheduled my day around them 3 times for nothing. When I called them, again, (they never call, you have to chase them yourself every time) they asked if they could postpone their visit to the following week… no particular reason this time, just that one of them « had something else to do today ». At this point I gave up. So they never actually finished the job. Appalling service. Don’t bother with them, they’ll just waste your time. More...
