I first contacted Aqua Cleaners approx 10 days before my daughter's wedding in the hope of finding someone to clean our windows and frames following the installation of a driveway and patio. I found Richard so polite and helpful. He went out of his way to fit me in on a bank holiday (his day off!) so that the house would look good for my daughter's special day and the celebrations that followed afterwards. The work he carried out was exceptionally good, cleaning both glass and plastic surrounds so that the windows were done properly. The end result was fantastic. I have since contracted Richard on a regular basis to carry out the cleaning of my windows. He arrived for his second visit promptly and gave the same consistant excellent service. We couldn't have asked for better service from Richard and his team. In the process of a stressful house move and unable to get out of work to meet him, Richard went to the flat with a left key and reviewed the job without us. We hadn't been aware of large stains that had been covered with furniture by the past tenants, and Richard immediately messaged us with photos of the bad areas and said he really wouldn't be happy taking our money to clean the carpet as he didn't think he could do a perfect job. After some discussion he went ahead and cleaned all the carpets in the flat and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. All other rooms were perfect, and the carpet with the stains was 100 times better than it was and means now we can get away with not buying a new carpet for a lot longer!! Thanks Richard!! More...
