After the family accountant decided to close her company and a hectic schedule I found myself with a seriously overdue set of accounts that needed to be completed. From the get go, Alex knew exactly what needed to be done and when it needed to be done by. As my accounts were severally overdue there was always a risk that they would not be completed in time and I would fall into the next category of financial penalties.Alex assured me he could get the work done and he did leaving me plenty of time to review and agree the final numbers. He explained everything that was going to happen, what needed to be done and in what order things would be done. I don't feel I could of sourced a better accountant with sound communication, technical and interpersonal skills.After reviewing my accounts, he identified I would be able to receive a generous benefit from enrolling in the FRS which he facilitated and managed.Everything I have asked for has been completed to the highest standard. I respect the fact Alex really does go the extra mile from the initial contact when I was scouting possible accountants to work with to providing background information to ensure I have a solid understanding of all applicable areas to my profession.I don't say this lightly but I cannot find a single fault with the service he has provided.
