Had a lovely lunch here, wonderful food, staff were super friendly and smiley too! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was down to the drinks, coffee wasn't great and chilled drink were pretty dire also, which is such a shame as everything else was faultless!

Had a lovely lunch here with the children. Food was very good, clean plates all round. Very calm atmosphere and great place to visit with the added extra of being in a garden centre which we love to look around.

A well-cultivated and friendly garden centre, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Their Christmas displays are outstanding - 2017 featured a Game of Thrones section and 2018 had 1980's, Mexican and Unicorn-inspired displays.

Service was very warm smiley and welcoming. I only had coffee and cake as was going to a family lunch. My friend had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon- which looked delicious! Good except for 2 aspects : a) only 1 till on the premises, so service slow at busy times. b) lavatories not easy to find as they are located in the Cook Shop & Garden centre, adjacent. Amazing selection of plants, shrubs and trees. As we are just into the new year the remainder of their Christmas goods are being sold at tempting discounts. There is a Cafe/Restaurant here which I didn't visit but I know it has a good reputation. The staff are to be commended for their helpful, friendly attitude towards customers. From the "outside guy" who helped me choose three trees suited to their intended siting, to the "check-out" staff who dealt admirably with the finances and delivery arrangements. A first class service from everyone I met who were justly proud of their garden centre and keen to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I look forward to my next visit. More...
