I had a 13 session contract with Apollo learning which I was charged for 14 sessions.
Beth she had no punctuality most of the time and was not attending at the time and date she was agreed to due to headaches or…
She didn’t attend the last two sessions and not replying to my text messages.
No I don’t recommend Apolo learning.

What do you love most about your job?
Speaking to different parents and students every day, helping them achieve their goals and watching them progress is so rewarding! Also building strong relationships based on loyalty, trust and compassion with the student's and parents makes me happy - we have a lot of laughs but also know how to get down to business!
Also the team at Apollo Learning is small and growing, but with big ambitions, so we go out of our way to provide excellent customer service, always going above and beyond for our student's!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It would definitely be the creative freedom it provides, as well as the opportunity to tailor our services and resources to satisfy each customer's individual need, no matter how big or small. Our background is within Education, Youth Work and Psychology/Counselling, so we decided to combine the three to build Apollo Learning that dedicates itself to both the academic and mental wellbeing of students.
Why should our clients choose you?
The main reason would be that we personalise our service to you and will always go above and beyond for you and/or your child . Many of our competitors will just take on a student, show up to lessons giving only their own understanding as they ignore their student's pace/way of working and tend to avoid conversations with the parent on the wellbeing of the student. This means the student and/or parent can be left feeling misunderstood, confused and not heard, which can at times of course affect their academic goals. We know how frustrating this can be for both the student's and the parents.
However, Apollo Learning is here to listen, understand, empathise and eradicate all confusion! We personalise every resource, lesson and interaction to accustom each student's needs, whilst always making sure that they feel seen and heard through having the challenging yet necessary conversations with the parent (and student, when necessary).

Yes, most of our services are via Phone, Email, Text and Zoom (for lessons). We also arrange meet-up revision camps during the school holiday's which are usually based in Central or Greater London, but we are working on expanding!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have limited a lot of our weekly sessions to online. Yet, when we do meet-up for holiday camps and/or do in-person lessons, we encourage distance and for tutors and students to wear masks where appropriate.
Maths, English and Science Tuition (All levels!)
We provide tuition at all levels (SATS/11+/GCSE/A-levels/Adult Education/etc.), specifically in English, Maths and Science!
