I used Apex when I moved into a new flat and after a few months realised there was a mouse problem! So, I recently had a pest problem in my home, and it was becoming a real issue, especially with my kids being affected by it. That's when I decided to give Apex a call, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

From the moment I called, the team at Apex was incredibly understanding of my concerns about my kids being exposed to any harmful chemicals during the treatment process. They took the time to explain their treatment methods to me, and reassured me that their products were safe for use around children and pets.

When the technician arrived, they were just as kind and understanding. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. And when they got to work, I was amazed at how efficient and effective they were - it was clear they really knew their stuff.

Within just a a week, the pest problem was significantly better. My kids are now able to play and sleep peacefully in their rooms again, without any worries about mice gnawing through the walls. It's such a relief, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Apex.
