Throughout the process, Ambrose clearly explained in detail, but also in laymans terms for me to understand.
During the work, an additional issue was noticed on the roof. This was fixed at the time with no additional fee, this is much appreciated.

I would like to thank Ambrose from the AP roofline. He responded quickly to enquire, came on time, identified the problems on my roof (leak in two different places) took the photos and explained what needs to be done.
Not like other two high rated companies which advised to take off and replace half of the roof, Ambrose was very honest in his expertise and professional. He replaced broken tiles and sealed the chimney without looking for additional work. Ambrose did repair for a reasonable price and in addition he fixed gaps around my window and glued one of the gutter completely free of charge.
I'm very pleased with his service, definitely will recommend to friends and if needed will definitely use his service again.

Very impressed- came round within the hour for a quote (he was working down the road) he showed me photos of the problems he found so I could see what he was quoting for. He came round within 2 days of accepting the quote (which was very reasonable) and did a fantastic job, even cleaning out the gutters at no extra cost and getting reclaimed slate to ensure it matched the look of the original tiles. He first of all explained what the problem was and also identified two loose tiles which needed re-positioning as they had slipped. My roof was damaged in a storm and rain was getting in. AP.Roofline came out the same day to give me a quote. They were able to remove the debris and temporarily weatherproof it that very afternoon to prevent further water damage. They then returned at a later date to complete all repairs.

I contacted bark and got a response from A.P Roofline, witch they was able to come to my property and carry out an assessment on my roof.
There knowledgeable expertise was valuable as they was able to resolve
The problem in hand.
They replaced the the felt and rotten wood underneath the tiles witch was not visible by eye until the tiles was removed.
They was also able to repair 2 broken ridge tiles and re bed also re point them.
They was very polite and very affordable.
This team is highly recommended and I would use them again.
