I like to challenge my clients with exercises and workouts that gets them out of their comfort zone each time they step into the gym. I also set goals for us to work towards in and out of the gym. We then review our progress by either tracking performance by seeing how much stronger or fitter they have become or by taking measurements and assessing weight loss/muscle gain goals.

Consistency is the key to success here. With training and diet. That coupled with hard work will bring you results faster than you could imagine.

Seeing my clients succeed. Wether it be smashing personal bests in the gym or changing their shape. Seeing people achieve things they never thought they were capable of motivated me to train even harder and set goals for myself too

I felt limited in what I could do for myself and my clients working at a commercial gym. I am now training my clients out of a private personal training studio it allows me to give my clients the best session possible for them.
