My approach to health and fitness is compassionate and person-centred. Physical and mental health go hand in hand, and with that in mind, I believe in educating my clients about how their minds and body work together.

There is no secret. There is no fad diet or secret pill. There is an understanding of how your mind and body works, and what approach will help you achieve your goals.

I love coaching people and empowering them. Seeing a client smile and say they feel good physically and mentally is why I do my job. I also love connecting with people, and personal training allows me to do that.

I have a passion for health and fitness and I want to share this passion with people. I know the gym isn't for everyone, and finding the time to get to the gym can be tricky. I wanted to bring health and fitness to those who cannot access a gym or do not want to be in a gym environment.

I can provide, face to face virtual sessions and I can also meet you at your home or local park.

All equipment is wiped down before and after each session.
