My laptop was seriously broken with tones of viruses and somehow I deleted Windows so the laptop wouldn't boot. Julie was fantastic and saved over 7 years worth of sentimental pictures and videos I had on it. Not only this, she fixed my laptop and upgraded me from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and installed all relevant programs within a day of her having my laptop! First time in a computer shop (other than the dreaded PC World) but felt instantly at ease and happy to hand over my laptop for a repair.
Free diagnosis, parts ordered, fixed and I collected it a couple of days later. Kept informed at all stages. And all for a fantastic price :)
