Not wanting a ‘traditional’ newborn photography session where your baby is wrapped in different blankets, curled up in unnatural positions and photoshopped to the hilt to resemble a porcelain doll, finding Angela was an absolute godsend. Her style of photography is exactly what I wanted. She captures YOUR baby, which I think gets lost in some newborn shoots. Not only does she capture your child but she captures your family, your home and your energy and spirit. From the very first email to receiving your images in the most gorgeous presentation box, every detail is professional, personal and fully thought through. She makes you feel like you’re the most special family! The shoot felt like having a friend over taking your photos, albeit a friend who is highly talented and captures the most incredible moments on camera! We had an amazing experience with Angela for our newborn shoot. Our son was born 4 weeks early and had some jaundice, so when Angela came along for the shoot she noticed this and insisted on rescheduling the shoot so we got the best photos of Elliott we could. We didn’t want the plant pot, dress up the baby photoshoot and absolutely loved Angela’s natural docu style. We are so happy with our photos from Angela. The whole process, from contacting Angela Fenwick Photography to the photo shoot to getting our photos was straight forward, relaxed and enjoyable. I’ve never been able to convince my partner to do anything like this before, as he was too nervous to be in front of the camera, but Angela manages to make the whole family feel comfortable whist also making you feel 100% confident that she knows what she’s doing. The photos are beautiful and I found viewing the photos really moving. I realised that, until this shoot, I hardly had any photos of our family just ‘being’. Cant thank Angela enough for the beautiful, funny, perfectly stunning photographs she has taken of our amazing grandchildren and adorable family dog Loki, who was a perfect model! The whole idea was as a retirement gift for my husband, the shoot itself, done at a favourite local beach and beauty spot, was so relaxed and great fun and Angela produced some fantastic images capturing the essence of the kids beautifully.
