I was so nervous about getting these for the first time! I was up quite late asking my worries and after care ext and Caroline was just so patient with me. it continued when I went for the consultation, just felt very at ease and everything was answered. literally being just a Facebook message away has helped knowing anytime I can send a picture of the extensions or ask about something which hasn't happened yet because they are great! easy for me to maintain and they are still in great condition. an appointment round me was always available no matter how late or how awkward. it's a little chunk of time out your day but its not often you need to go so that's fine for me and it's done so neatly and well you can't complain really. I was so nervous, after I had paid for the hair I text asking for my money back to have a think! Caroline was so calm and nice about it offering it back straight away with bank details (I obviously changed my mind again and had them!) so don't think you'll be a nightmare client, I've succeeded that title More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a terrible experience 2 days before my wedding and had poor quality extensions and badly fitted ones at that that I was left with a mushroom mullet! Not a good look for a Bride. So, I decided to get the qualification myself to be able to do my own Hair and found my calling. I have 5 star reviews and always at the end of the phone.
