What do you love most about your job?
Meeting enthusiastic business owners, learning about them and seeing the possibilities in their business. I enjoy working with business owners who are committed to building a long-term business that matters and that they can be proud of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a Finance Director I always acted as an internal consultant to different parts of the organisation - becoming an independent business coach was a natural step. I am now able to work with a much wider variety of interesting people and businesses.

I'm essentially a business "all-rounder" - just like business owners and senior managers need to be! Businesses succeed with a joined up approach with each part of the business making its contribution, working well with the other parts and with no one part holding the rest back. I work remotely via video call such as Zoom. I am also available to clients via email. It's cost effective for you and efficient for us both. We can also find times out of hours if that suits your busy schedule.
