Ive had spinal decompression total knee reconstruction surgery it exploded after a motorcycle accident then they tried cortisone injections tons of very strong painkillers over yrs wish id found JRP 7yrs ago, i now visit every week for a deep tissue massage and cupping therapy I get soo much benefit from the sessions absolutely fantastic therapists, truly professionally in every approach, and usually great music on Friday afternoons. After many years of high impact training in martial arts I found myself suffering for months with quite debilitating back and neck pain which took me away from the sport I love and had devoted so much time and energy to. After visiting several phsyio's in the past with a very sore Achilles problem, I thought I'd give James a try. I found James to be very professional and extremely enthusiastic in his work. James was surprised that I was a fell runner at the age of 62, he promised me that he would get me back fit enough to race again. Following the first visit he agreed that I could race at the weekend at Pendleton - to which i did. I am still visiting James for other niggling issues that other phsyio's have been unable to resolve. Thanks to James I am now back running 4 times per week and looking ahead to further races.- without James this would not have been possible. I would definitely recommend James and his team at JPR Sports Therapy. I have always been able to secure an appointment within 2-3 days and he will confirm appointments the day before by text.
