Came to my house the day after I phoned with replacement parts he'd already bought. He attempted to fix it at my place but my PC was stubborn, so he took it back to his workshop for further diagnosis. He phoned a couple of times from his workshop later that evening and showed me (via WhatsApp video) the progress he was making in testing for faults. By lunch the following day my computer was repaired and returned to me. Throughout, Andy was friendly, clear, and very willing to share his expertise with me (I asked a lot of geeky questions!) and teach me a few things about what goes on under the bonnet. Can't thank Andy enough. After spending money on a download program to fix issues like mine I realised that I needed someone who would look into it properly. Andy sorted it out quickly and in the end he had to delete the program I had downloaded as it was showing as a virus. Thanks for being professional, honest and fair.
