I have been having PT sessions with Andrew for some years now and I can honestly say he has transformed my body. We started working together for weight loss. I successfully lost over 3 stone. When I had reached my target we switched the training to toning up with weight training. I enjoyed that so much we have now progressed to strength training and powerlifting. Im now lifting weights that i never thought possible!! The difference he has made to my life is unmeasurable. But don't be mistaken; he makes you work your ass off, there is no easy ride with Andrew, that's how he gets amazing results.
