Hi I offer both hypnotherapy and counselling specialising in depression, anxiety,stress and anger managment I also offer 1-1 and group lessions in mindfulness.
For corporate clients I offer 1-1 and group sessions around stress managment, as well as working for several care companys working both with there clients and the perants of there clients helping them come to terms with placments in a care settting.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My own therapist back in 2004 helped me realise that you are capable of changing both your attitude to life and the whole direction that you are traveling for the better. This lead me to spend the next four years training and has made me fully committed to on going personal and professional development.
