Awful avoid!
Unfortunately these are my sellers solicitors 7 months and still ongoing for a cash and chain free purchase!
They take weeks to respond to inquiries, even ignoring urgent emails. I own several properties, never known anything like this. . . . Not exactly the cheapest either, as I had a quote from them at twice the price. I am happy I won’t be paying their bill when this transaction goes pear shaped this week, and I will further advise their client not to pay!

My Wife and I have used Andrew lee and co twice in the last 2 years in relation to a property sale, several times for advice and information.
Without fail they have gone and above and beyond for all of our needs, not only this but are cheaper than the estate agents we had quotations from regarding legal costs but most importantly it didn't compromise the service we received. 100% recommend these guys, Michael was our lawyer in both of our transactions and I couldn't speak highly enough of him, and all of the staff we dealt with!
