Andy is a wonderful person, so kind and caring and very easy to talk to. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Andy helped me through an incredibly challenging time; his ear and guidance helped me immeasurably. I will forever be grateful to Andy and I would say whatever you are going through you will find a genuine sense of solace and comfort in Andy. He is always there to help. He is very knowledgeable and gentle in his approach. I always felt at ease when speaking with Andy, I was able to open up wholeheartedly about the issues I was facing. Andy helped me grow as a person, through our sessions I found the confidence to overcome the challenges I was facing, he supported me and gave me the resources I needed to continue my studies. To be brutally honest I don’t know how I would have coped at the time without Andy, he was always there for me, a continuous supporter who I could rely on. I cannot thank him enough and feel indebted to Andy. He is brilliant at what he does and an incredible person. More...

Counselling
Thank you, you changed my life & gave me strategies to get me through everything that challenges me, appreciate everything you’ve done for me.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help make a difference to individuals lives from within a safe and ethical approach. I feel privileged that people are willing to share their personal lives with me and look to me for professional support. I find this empowering and motivating and I enjoy being able to provide a personal and unique service which meets individuals needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having built up and learnt so much through my work in organisations I felt that it was time to provide something different from within my own private counselling practice.
It felt important to offer a new and unique service to others with the flexibility to offer long or short term working as well as choice in how the therapy is provided. I feel that I have had such a valuable and relevant grounding that allows me to move forward with confidence.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a wealth of experience as a counsellor working within the charitable, higher and youth counselling sector. I attend regular Supervision and maintain regular professional development. I am fully insured (personal and professional liability) and am registered with the Information Commissioners Office.
I offer flexibility in my hours and how the counselling is provided to meet clients needs and to offer an inclusive service.
I aim to offer a steady, reliable and trustworthy approach to difficult and personal life issues from within a safe and meaningful therapeutic relationship.
