What do you love most about your job?
I would have to say enjoy speaking to people. It's never a hassle to help someone, give them peace and mind.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The big push came from when Covid-19 started. I already had experience in this field and dreamed of starting my own business so it was a natural progression.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Lucky we can conduct our business remotely so we have been solely working via Zoom & telephony & Zoom.
