I came to Anastasia to help me with weight loss and low energy. After consultation I have realized that I am also slowly switching towards peri-menopause and need to start preparing my body for this transition. Anastasia prepared really great meal plan, exercise suggestions and nutritional advice that I could easily implement into my life. My own health improvement journey inspired me to look into studying nutrition. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in 2019. At the same time I was also going through weight loss. I tried many diets and seen a few dietitians. Nothing worked in long term. I was losing weight but then regaining it all back. Everything changed in 2020, when I made switches in the mindset, researched nutrition side of things and made commitment to my health. I went on to study nutrition to be able to help others. I also did extra training in health coaching as this is key to long term success.

My personalised nutrition plans are easy to follow and implement. I work with clients using a "one step at the time" approach. Furthermore, as I am also a Health Coach, I support my clients through their journey through coaching techniques that help them stay on track with their health goals.

I currently work online only via phone call, WhatsApp or Zoom.
