How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Changes to diet and much more effective to health an wellbeing than exercise. There is more and more evidence being released on the importance of a well balanced diet and wellbeing. There are links to gut health, immunity and mental health. While it is important to eat a healthy diet, it is also important to ensure the diet is sustainable to ensure long term success.
My plans are personal to individual goals while ensuring they are easy to follow on a long term basis.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the difference I can make. I have seen first hand how small diet recommendations can really change someone's life. It is not about dramatic changes. The biggest benefits are sometimes seen with small tweaks to everyday life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been involved in the supplement industry for the past two years working for a large corporate company, I felt restricted on the advice I could give. Furthermore, with such a large customer base, it is difficult to provide adequate time to each client to really help them on their health journey.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have experience working with both consumers and health care practitioners which has given me the ability to provide technical knowledge when required, but also the ability to translate this into layman terms.
I am an accredited member of the Association for Nutrition and only provide evidence based advice.
I offer services from simple diet analysis to 1:1 consultations. This approach means that those who do not have the time for a consultation can still get a diet analysis with recommendations.

I can provide my services online using zoom. Online consultations will be held on zoom and most communication will be through email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By proving a fully remote service, there is no need to come within a close proximity to customers.
