How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Consider the physical constraints - what is the roof form, pitch and head height? A staircase to the loft needs to be located on the floor below - do you have space for this?
Consider the planning constraints - is the property in a conservation area? What permitted development rights does the property have?
What’s your interior design process?
Stage 01: discuss the brief and measure the property
Stage 02: concept and vision - initial mood boards, layout options, precedents
Stage 03: 3D model design, planning drawings (if necessary)
Stage 04: specifications, liaising with suppliers, technical drawings, building regulations
Stage 05: overseeing construction
All above stages include client / project meetings, and stage reports

Private residential, larger scale residential developments, workspaces, galleries, restaurants
What do you love most about your job?
It sounds corny, but we love how we can make a real difference to people's lives. Every project is so different because we tailor our service to the requirements and tastes of each individual client and also the location and context of the property. We develop a bond with our clients and we have continuing relationships beyond the build.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to provide a more personal and bespoke service.

We are a young(ish!) creative and enthusiastic team who can deliver innovative design solutions that are also sensitive to its surroundings. We have extensive dealings with local authorities, and will undertake the complete project, from forming the brief through to completion and beyond. We enjoy a challenge, and will strive to exceed each client's expectation.
