The best solicitor ever! They will help you and tell you what you need to have prepared for your application. They also have a site where you can upload all the documents. They will definitely be there for you, assist you step by step and when you call they always answer and lead you to a solution without any stress. They will also remind you of your appointment by email and if you don’t reply they will contact you my phone. It can be very stressful when you deal with immigration but believe me Neveen will make you feel comfortable, assure you that everything is going to be fine and explain to you what is going to happen next for a successful results. I have put my trust and soul in neveen galaal to deliver my two innocent and lovely children here in the UK. She gave me so much hope that they would arrive, and after doing the application we waited so long to get a decision from the home office it was a painful excruciating 8 month wait. In between those months of waiting i received a phone call from neveen stating that the home office wanted an IHS fee for the two children it was very Strange because as a settled person with indefinite leave to remain the children were not eligible to pay an IHS fee but nevertheless i paid. I then discovered as the decision was made that my children were given a limited leave in the UK which was completely the wrong visa, that visa very much restricts children as they are minors and they can't work and hence it would put great strain on us as a family. I asked neveen to help me get their visa changed but she was very reluctant and unbothered, after numerous phone conversation and emailing her i then decided to just pay for 2 action letter's and yet i haven't received the vital information of where it went wrong with my children's visa, just recently it came to my knowledge that neveen had removed me as a client which has left me stressed, depressed and frustrated about the whole matter, i feel like she stranded me and neglected my children's visa now after paying thousands of pounds I'm left to pick up the mess she created, and i advise people to avoid neveen and amnesty solicitors at all cost it has shattered my hope and dreams of living a normal life with my children 😭 More...
